A beautifully designed palace blending Indo-Islamic architecture with an elegant lotus-like dome structure.
Lotus Mahal

The Lotus Mahal is among the most striking secular structures in Hampi, believed to have served as a social or leisure pavilion for royal women. Its two-storeyed architecture showcases a harmonious fusion of Indian and Islamic styles, with lotus-petal-shaped arches, airy corridors, and domed balconies. Unlike most Hampi monuments, it was built using lime mortar and plastered surfaces, giving it a soft pastel look.

How to Reach Lotus Mahal
Situated within the Zenana Enclosure, about 3 km south of Hampi Bazaar; accessible via bicycle, auto, or by walking through the Royal Center circuit.
