Elephant Village (Hathi Gaon)

Elephant Village, locally known as Hathi Gaon, is a unique conservation and tourism destination in Jaipur, offering visitors a chance to interact with majestic elephants in a responsible and ethical environment. Established near Amber Fort, the village was created to provide a dedicated space for elephant caretakers (mahouts) and their elephants, many of which were traditionally used for royal processions and cultural events.
