Shree Somnath Temple

Shree Somnath Temple is among the most sacred Hindu temples, believed to be the first of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. Located on the shores of the Arabian Sea, the temple has immense spiritual and historical importance. Over centuries, it was destroyed and rebuilt multiple times, making it a lasting symbol of devotion, cultural continuity, and India’s ability to rise again.

The present structure, built in the Chalukya style of temple architecture, features intricate carvings, a towering shikhara, and a serene seaside setting.
