Takht Sri Harimandir Ji Patna Sahib, one of the five sacred Takhts in Sikhism, marks the birthplace of Guru Gobind Singh Ji, the tenth Sikh Guru, who was born here in 1666. It was at this very place that the Guru spent his early childhood, receiving his first spiritual and martial training. The shrine, built in white marble with gold embellishments, exudes serenity and grandeur.
